We would be grateful if you could contact us immediately at the contact email address located at the bottom of the site so we can modify your order in time. If the parcel has already been shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to make any changes. If the product is returned, we will contact you to decide on the next steps. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
Parcel tracking
We offer tracked shipping for every order. You can see the progress of your parcel directly on our "Track my order" page accessible in the site menu. Please note that tracking information may take 3 to 5 days to be updated in the system.
Order not delivered after 25 days
Your order may sometimes take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we do not have full control over the delivery process. Please contact us by email, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Order shown as delivered but not received
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors.
If 3 business days have passed since your package was marked as delivered and you still have not received your order, please contact us by email.

Return policy
We have full confidence in our products, which is why we offer a 14-day return right from the time you receive your order, with no risk to you! The merchandise simply must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Only return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Defective or damaged product
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in that case you would like to exchange it for the same item, you will need to email us, including a photo or video of the item and describing your complaint. We will then contact you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Refund of goods
Once your return has been inspected, we will contact you to proceed with the refund. The refund will be made to the payment method used when you paid.
Return form
We are very aware of the impact on our planet. As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we are creating positive changes to help contribute to a better future. These changes include removing return slips and order invoices from parcels.
You will see that these documents are not necessary, as they can be sent by email.
It therefore makes sense not to include them. We always strive to do what is right and improve our impact on the world around us.
Refund to another payment method
No, we can only process refunds to the original payment method. The only alternative is to offer gift cards (store credit) for the full refund amount.
After-sales service timeframe
Our after-sales service is committed to responding to your emails within 24 to 48 hours. However, please keep in mind that during busy periods, this wait may exceptionally extend to one week at most.

When you buy clothing from us, it is important to find your size. That’s why on each of our product pages you will find an easy-to-follow size guide that will show you where to measure. All you need is a measuring tape!

Take measurements
For bust circumference: position the measuring tape at the level of the nipple points.
For waist circumference: position the measuring tape at the narrowest part of the torso.
For hip circumference: position the measuring tape at the widest part of the hips.
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

I ordered the wrong size
You bought a garment from us and it doesn’t fit! Don’t worry!
With us, exchanging your garment is possible by reviewing our « Return and Refund Policy ». With our money-back guarantee, you have 14 days to try on your clothes (except for certain garments that cannot be returned).
❗However, products intended for intimate use (underwear, …) as well as products with an exclusive discount of at least -50% are non-refundable (only partial refunds or product returns may be made depending on the case)

I am between 2 sizes
If you have measured yourself and you are between two sizes, always choose the larger size rather than the smaller one. Since our garments are made from a high-quality stretch fabric that hugs the figure, the larger size should give you a perfect fit and effective support.

Taking care of clothing
Read the care label: By doing so, you will avoid any mistakes in washing, drying, or ironing at the wrong setting. Make sure you understand the meaning of the symbols.
As a general rule, follow these instructions:
- Most of our sportswear is made from synthetic fibers such as nylon, elastane, and polyester. It is this type of material that gives our garments sufficient compression and some stretch. If washed at a high temperature, it may be damaged and shrink. Another benefit of washing at a low temperature is that it is sustainable; high temperatures waste a lot of energy!
- Wash clothes with similar colors to avoid color transfer during washing, especially for dark-colored shapewear.
- Turn garments inside out (if applicable). Your garments will be cleaned better because sweat, dead skin cells, and bacteria build up and cause unpleasant odors.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. It is preferable to air-dry your shapewear to preserve its elasticity; otherwise, its lifespan will be reduced. This also helps reduce our greenhouse gas emissions!

To successfully place an order on our site, all you need to do is:
- Go to your favorite product.
- Select the right color and the right size.
- Check the ordered quantity.
- Click the "ADD TO CART" button.
- Review all the items in your cart - if you are ready to complete your order, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
- Complete your order by filling in all the necessary information on the payment page: Customer details, shipping address, billing address, shipping method, payment information.
- If you have a discount code, enter it at the payment step.
- Review your order once more, make sure that you have the correct item (selected product(s), quantity, color, and size).
- Click "Complete Order" to start the process of shipping your parcel.

Accepted payment methods
We accept credit or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro) as well as express payment options such as Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our base currency is €, so if you are purchasing from abroad, make sure you know the daily exchange rate of your currency at the time of the transaction.
Have you received a prepaid gift card? You can use it to pay for your order.
We also offer a deferred payment option through Klarna. Please note that these are NOT express payment options like those above; these deferred payment options are found at the end of the checkout process. This is the same page where you have the option to pay with a credit or debit card.

Discount code
Discount codes are case-sensitive (uppercase, lowercase, and spacing), and only one can be applied per purchase.
You can apply it during the checkout process, on the right side describing your order. There is a field labeled "discount code"... Once you have entered this code, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
Confirmation email not received
Please check your spam folder before contacting us.
If the email still has not been received and you have waited more than 15 to 20 minutes after making the transaction, a member of the team will be happy to resend it to you.
Order processing times
Orders are processed based on item availability but also on the availability of the sizes and colors you order.
During periods of high volume, product availability may change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed from Monday to Thursday are processed and shipped from our warehouses within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting on Monday and will ship from our warehouses within 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed during public holidays.

Don't worry! Although we regularly restock our inventory, we may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens, send us an email and our support team will be able to tell you the date of our next product delivery.
